Baptism Registration

Congratulations on taking this powerful next step in your walk with Christ! Baptism is an outward expression of the inward change that happens when we give our lives to Jesus. It is a public declaration that you have been made new and are choosing to follow Him. Please fill out this form so we can celebrate with you, prepare for your baptism day, and walk with you in this exciting part of your faith journey.

Clothing:
  • Wear dark-colored clothing (to avoid transparency when wet).
  • Bring a change of dry clothes, towel, and plastic bag for wet items.
  • Recommend shorts and a t-shirt or a baptism t-shirt your church provides.
  • Avoid thin or white materials.
  • Bring flip-flops or water shoes for walking.
